Who We Are


Kim & Erik Olson

Founders & Owners

Our passion for helping and serving others led us to becoming local home care owners and operators here in the Salt Lake valley.  We love operating a business that provides help and
support for people and their families.  We are caregivers ourselves and help Kimberlee’s mom, Betty, who is ninety years old.  We understand the challenges and frustrations that Betty faces as her body ages but her spirit continues to feel young.  We also understand the challenges family members face when they become caregivers, because we live these experiences every
day.  We have a dedicated, competent, and compassionate team of amazing people who are ready to help you!  Call us!  We are here ready to serve, so you and your loved ones can live well at home.  Erik has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and over twenty five years of experience in the
Healthcare industry. He has managed multi-specialty physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, as well as a home care agency. He knows the struggles that individuals and families have understanding and navigating the healthcare maze.
Kimberlee has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has worked as a mother, a Care Manager in the
home care industry, a special needs aide in a school district, as well as in sales.

Kyle Kruse

Physical Therapist

Kyle is a graduate of Brigham Young University – Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health. He has
experience in the Physical Therapy field, allowing him a unique perspective in the home care industry to
better understand and promote our home care working in harmony with home health and hospice
services. He is the father of one beautiful daughter, Emma, who loves to be in the middle of it all. He and
his wife, Alyssa, have been married for almost four years and love to spend their free time in the
outdoors hiking or going on some type of adventure.

Rachel Arbon

Staffing Coordinator

Rachel Arbon is HomeWell’s Staffing Coordinator.  In this important role, Rachel develops genuine relationships, and is instrumental in communicating with our clients, their families, and our caregivers as she oversees care services and schedules. Rachel received her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in 2015 and plans on continuing her education to become a nurse practitioner.  Her experience includes working in assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and home care.  In August 2019, she received the Dementia Dialogues Certification, which teaches skills to caregivers so they can effectively communicate with dementia clients and understand their behavior with compassion.  Rachel provides on-going training and works hard to build a team of skilled and caring professional caregivers.  She loves working with seniors and wants to ensure every client will feel happy, safe and confident living in their homes, while receiving care from HomeWell.
